With the Media Controller Brightness Cydia tweak you can control the brightness, status of your WiFi connection, location tracking, and all of your media controls right from your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad lockscreen. To activate the tweak simply double tap the home button on the lockscreen and your extra toggles will fade into action.
Note: this tweak does not include an icon or any settings visible on the SpringBoard; activation method and toggles can be configured from your Settings.app.
