Popular cross-platform messaging platform WhatsApp, now has free voice calling. Several users on WhatsApp’s iOS app have been facing a very annoying problem. Due to the Free Call button placed right next to the contact name, users tend to call people accidentally. If you have a jailbroken iPhone, there’s a solution to this. It’s called WACallConfirm.
Although not a serious problem, it can get annoying. WhatsApp calling is quick, so even if you’re fast enough to end an unintended call, the contact will still receive a notification. This could lead to some unwanted consequences!
WACallConfirm is a new Cydia tweak that gets rid of this problem by asking for a confirmation before making a call using WhatsApp.
After installing this tweak, you won’t have to worry about accidental WhatsApp calls anymore. Whenever you tap on the call button by accident, a dialog box will appear asking for your confirmation.
A simple tweak that can save you embarrassment. There are no Settings to configure, the tweak gets activated immediately after installation.
You can download WACallConfirm from the BigBoss repo for free.
Have you had this problem with unintended calls on Whatsapp? If you’re jailbroken, you can try this tweak out.
