FindFile is a new mobile file-system viewer for your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, that allows you to browse your files under a root user on the go. With FindFile you can dynamically view, edit, change permissions and more of files on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch. This of course also includes the ability to open almost any file format through the FindFile utility as well.
Now for a lot of people a utility like FindFile will not be useful, because lets be honest, the average user doesn’t care about viewing internal files on their iDevice. In their point of view, as long as their iDevice works, they’re satisfied. However, if you are an advanced users who would like to be able to view log files, torrent files or even download files that have been download from Safari Download Manager, directly on your iDevice. FindFile will be a great utility to manage and open your downloaded/created files, very easily.
If you would like to test out FindFile, you can find it on Cydia for a price of $1.99! However, they do offer a free 7-day trial if you are not interested in purchasing the tweak just yet. Let us know if you decide to try out FindFile.
I personally use FindFile to view log files from applications like Pirni Pro and TCP Dump, and I think it is a great new file manager utility, that will join the ranks of alternatives such as iFile.
