As of Monday morning the new iOS4 firmware has just been released and you can now access the much awaited features of this new firmware. It is important to remember that to gain access to the iOS4 firmware you must update to iTunes 9.2, which caused errors with jailbreaking the 3.1.3 firmware with Spirit. If you also rely on an unlock/jailbreak then the Dev-Team has recommend that you do not update at this time and simply wait a few days till they release a jailbreak.
