Just when you might of thought that the iOS 6.1.3 – 6.1.5 Untethered Jailbreak was dead in the water, Winocm and iH8Sn0w have just given us an update on their progress through Twitter.
http://t.co/TX4NfzjqIf works on all devices running 6.1.3 -> 6.1.5 (except AppleTV3). Only 6.1.3 A5+ device I have on me is an iPod touch 5.

They have also released a video showcasing the Untethered Jailbreak which will be compatible with the iOS 6.1.3, 6.1.4 and 6.1.5 firmware on A5+ iPhone, iPod, iPod Touch and Apple TV 2 (no Apple TV 3 support).
As for the ETA which was previously given of before 2014, Winocm specifically has said over Twitter that there will be no more ETAs and the Jailbreak has been postponed.
This isn’t even because the Jailbreak is not in a releasable state, but because some of the exploits it relies on are still available for use in iOS 7. As such there is no point releasing the Jailbreak if it means giving up exploits which will eventually be used to Jailbreak iOS 7 Untethered.
We will keep you updated on the iOS 6.1.3 – 6.1.5 Jailbreak, but until that time stay tuned.
