The Brightslide Cydia tweak almost reminds me of a mini version of SBSettings, in the fact that it allows you to access a variety of system functions in a small drop down bar that can be called upon through an Activator action. From this drop down bar you have access to toggle on and off Bluetooth, WiFi, Airplane mode and flashlight. You can also configure up to 3 frequently used app shortcuts, and swipe to the side to reveal a volume and brightness slider. If for some reason you are not a fan of SBSettings or would like to try something new then I would highly recommend trying the Brightslide Cydia tweak.
Note: This tweak is configured through the Settings.app under the Brightslide tab.
