The developers of icy (infini dev-team), another 3rd party installer, have another project up their sleeves called Lima. Lima is a new browser based version of Cydia that does not need to be installed to your iDevice. Lima is accessible purely over the internet and will be the first major attempt to make a browser based version of Cydia. It is an interesting concept that sounds like a neat idea, however, only time will tell how reliable of a solution it may be.
