A new tweak was released into Cydia today called TwitkaFly. This Cydia tweak extends the functionality of the official Twitter app by integrating Twitter deeper into the iOS operating System. With TwitkaFly you can do the following:

• QuickReply to Twitter.app push mentions
• Tweet right from SpringBoard using Activator
• Blacklist users and more . . .

Note: As TwitkaFly is extending the functionality of the official Twitter app you will need to thus have the official Twitter app installed from the AppStore. Additionally you will also have to enable Push Notifications for the official Twitter app.
