Would you like an easy way to be notified when updates for your App Store applications are available? Well, if so you will be glad to know that the AppUpdateNotifier Cydia Tweak was released into Cydia today that will make it so you will be automatically notified when new App Store updates are available through Apple’s built-in notification system (push notifications). Meaning you will receive alerts when your device is locked or asleep, and through the notification center.
Upon installing the AppUpdateNotifier Cydia Tweak you can configure when to check for new App Store updates (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly) and specify certain applications to ignore. These options can be found through the Settings.app.
