Another day and another concept. The last concept we shared with you was by none other than Martin Hajek. He had created a new budget iPhone rendering and integrated a user interface concept by Dámaso Benítez to show us what a handset would look like running iOS 7. It was well done to say the least. [...]
We have heard a lot about the iPhone 5S in the past few months, but surprisingly heard is all we have done. We have not seen very many component leaks of the actual handset, compared to other iPhone generations where it seemed like every other day a new part from the “next-generation” iPhone would surface. [...]
The rumor that the iPhone 5S will get a finger print scanner refuses to die and there is so much evidence mounting for the feature that it would be surprisingly if Apple didn’t release a handset with such a feature. Today we have another supply chain source (via TechNews), this time from Taiwan, claiming that [...]
We have long been hearing that Apple’s proposed next-generation iPhone will include a fingerprint scanner as one of its flagship features. Now we have even more proof that Apple will be including such technology into the iPhone 5S. Paypal’s chief information security officer, Michael Barrett, took the keynote stage at Interop here to announce the impending end [...]
Before Apple released the iPhone 5 a lot of people argued whether or not it should be called the iPhone 6 or iPhone 5 (as technically it would have been the sixth iPhone at the time). The same thing happened when Apple was about to release the iPhone 4S and it is now happening again [...]

Apple’s iPhone 5S isn’t expected to be announced at the WWDC 2013, but a document from Japanese telecom KDDI’s “au” wireless obtained by the French website Nowehereelse.fr proves otherwise. Apparently the document in question is a “cheat sheet” for the sales floor in cell phone dealers/official carrier stores. Obviously the documents authenticity cannot be proved, but [...]

One rumour that the tech world can’t really decide upon is whether or not Apple will be releasing a cheaper/entry-level iPhone alongside the iPhone 5S. A new report from China Times via UnwiredView has surfaced today, however, and is in favour of Apple releasing two iPhone models this year. Apparently an analyst from Citigroup Global Securities [...]

Apple’s iPhone 5S has been talked about quite a lot lately and this is only expected to ramp up as its release date nears. Today a Vietnamese blog by the name of Tinhte.vn has reported that one area Apple will focus on largely improving in the iPhone 5S is its camera. Although the iPhone 5 [...]
With the WWDC 2013 just around the corner it is expected Apple will be announcing the next-generation iPhone, otherwise known as the iPhone 5S, alongside possibly even an entry-level iPhone and of course iOS 7. It is now being reported that Foxconn has begun hiring tens of thousands of new employees a week in preparation for [...]

Yesterday we shared with you some issues Apple was facing with the development of next-generation iOS products such as the iPhone and iPad, compliments of Ming-chi Kuo of KGI Securities. One surprising tidbit of information that came from this report was that Apple was having a hard time with the iPhone 5S because it was trying [...]
