Apple has gone ahead and released a new version of iTunes bringing it to version 11.1.3. Before you jump up for joy, however, understand that this appears to simply a maintenance release with a handful of miscellaneous improvements.
There is a fix for the equalizer where it may not work as expected, along with better performance when switching views in large iTunes libraries and various other bug fixes.

This version of iTunes resolves an issue where the equalizer may not work as expected and improves performance when switching views in large iTunes libraries. This update also includes additional minor bug fixes.
