Google Now Coming To iOS Soon, Promotional Video Gets Leaked And Pulled
Google’s answer to Apple’s Siri is known as Google Now and it has proven to be much better than Siri. It’s faster, provides more information and is also very creepy, like all Google products. Unfortunately, only Android users on Jelly Bean can enjoy Google Now’s amazing features.
On iOS, users have very basic access to Google Now via the official Google Search app. An update was released late last year that brought improved voice search to the iOS Google Search app. It looks like Google has more in store for iOS users, at least that’s what this leaked Google Now for iOS video tells us.

Google Now on Android keeps a tab on your activities and provides alerts as cards, which are quite useful. That feature may soon be coming to iOS as well. Currently, the Google Search app on iOS has only basic voice search features that doesn’t show important cards and other useful information. The leaked video shows off a new feature in Google’s Search app for iOS that adds Google Now’s complete functionality, with cards and alerts. All you have to do is swipe up to fire up Google Now! Watch this video below.
The original video was uploaded to YouTube and was pulled shortly after, which could mean that an update to Google Search is coming soon. The video even has the same narrator used in the Google Now for Android promotional video. Google usually provides the same experience found on Android to iOS users, but it takes a while. They might introduce something awesome for Android during this years Google I/O and bring Google Now to iOS.
