Apple was busy yesterday, not only on the hardware side but the software side as well. It released OS X Mavericks, new updates to all of its iOS applications and even iTunes 11.1.2.
This new version of of iTunes simply brings about support for OS X Mavericks and adds support for two new languages. These new languages include both Arabic and Hebrew. The only other addition to iTunes 11.1.2 is performance and stability improvements.
As such the bottom line is if you have not updated to OS X Mavericks yet then this update probably isn’t dire to install, but if you have on the other hand be sure to install it right away if it wasn’t already auto installed upon updating.
You can grab this new iTunes update directly from Apple’s website, or simply from the Mac App Store’s updates tab.
