After iOS 7 Beta 4 There May Only Be Two More Betas Until The Golden Master Version

After the dev center went down it postponed the release of any iOS 7 betas, but according to multiple sources such as MacRumors today we will see the release of iOS 7 beta 4. As there is actually already download links that have been surfacing that aren’t yet live, but will be as soon as Apple “flips the switch.”

BGR is reporting, however, that iOS 7 beta 4 “should be available around the normal time, 1:00 p.m. EDT / 10:00 a.m. PDT, over the air and through Apple’s developer site.” Considering that BGR accurately predicted the release of iOS 7 beta 3, there is no reason not to trust them.

The report from BGR further went on to say that they heard only two more betas of iOS 7 will be released until the gold master (GM) version is released in early September. This also corresponds with what 9To5Mac heard:

I heard last week that Apple is nearing an initial “GM1″ candidate internally. This candidate is said to be at a zero-priority-1 bug status, which means that there are no critical bugs left in the operating system.

Of course, Apple will likely discover more bugs in its testing, and will likely have several internal GM candidates before releasing the final GM seed to developers later in the year.

Just what will iOS 7 beta 4 focus on? Bug fixes, graphics and UI enhancements, and a couple of other updates have been predicted. We will keep you guys updated.
