The Release Of The Evasi0n Jailbreak Has Been Pushed Back Until Tomorrow, Sorry Sunday Is Not Funday
It was widely speculated that the iOS 6.x Untethered Jailbreak in the form of Evasi0n would be released Sunday, February 3rd (which for most of us is today). As I am sure you are well aware however, the Evasi0n Jailbreak was never released. What is going on? Well, as we told you many times MuscleNerd, who initially hinted at a Sunday Funday release, was just predicting a date that he thought the Jailbreak might be ready by. Planetbeing indeed mentioned that Sunday was not the official release date and it indeed looks like this was the case.
The Evad3rs sent out a tweet not too long ago officially stating that the release of Evasi0n would be Monday, February 4th. So, I guess Sunday won’t be Funday after all, but at least we got the Super Bowl!

If you check the official Evasi0n website you will see that the progress indicator has moved to the 91% mark and will likely steadily increase over the next few hours. The current status of Evasi0n is “Final testing and preparation. Come back soon!”
So, there you have it folks. The release date of the iOS 6.x Untethered Jailbreak has been pushed back until tomorrow. There was no official time given, as Jailbreaks are released when they are ready, but hopefully you can expect Evasi0n sometime tomorrow morning (depending on your timezone).
UPDATE #1: The official Evasi0n website now shows 92%.

UPDATE #2: The progress bar will hit 100% at 9AM PST or 12PM EST, read the full article for more details.
