Hacker Pod2G Jailbreaks The iPhone 4 Untethered Running The iOS 5.0.1 Firmware
Earlier in the week we told you that hacker Pod2G was working on porting his iOS 5 Untethered Jailbreak to the iOS 5.0.1 firmware. Now, we have gotten word from Pod2G on twitter that he has just Jailbroken an iPhone 4 Untethered running the iOS 5.0.1 firmware.
With Pod2G Jailbreaking the iPhone 4 Untethered running the iOS 5.0.1 firmware, it means that the warning we gave out prior about users not updating to the iOS 5.0.1 firmware can be ignored. The next step Pod2G notes on his blog will be to Jailbreak the iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G and fist generation iPad running the iOS 5.0.1 firmware.
