Razor sharp and ready to cut the competition the Blade by Tiger Designs is by far the best bumper case for the iPhone 4 I have used. The Blade is made of CNC machined aluminum giving it the metal feel and protection to your iPhone 4. Four screws on the back of the bumper case enable the case to never fall off, and the case also provides the lay on the table design.

On the inner structure of the case Tiger Designs has included foam pieces to be placed directly on the inner metal to help with any antenna issues. These are appropriately called “crash pads”. Every part of the phone is accessible: SIM card tray, mute switch, headphone port, noise canceling microphone, etc. The power button and volume buttons are covered by secondary buttons that have the same crash pads so that the original buttons on the phone will not be damaged.

All in all this is by far my favorite bumper case, plus it gives the iPhone a whole new look!

I would have to give this case 4 1/2 stars, the only problem I could really find with it was that I have to use the Apple USB cable as 3rd party USB cables don’t seem to want to fit in the 30 pin connector slot.

Tiger Designs did an incredible job on the Blade. You can order yours from Tigerdesign.co.kr, but be careful don’t cut yourself with the Blade.
