SecuredContacts, an application that uploads contacts to a secure server and exports as a CSV file. Example: Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice.org SpreadSheet.
SecuredContacts assist’s when required to restore your iDevice or back up contacts on another computer. When uploading or download your contacts, you’re able to edit a password to protect your personal data.
Note: Another way would be manually through SSH
SecuredContacts is available in Cydia, from BigBoss repo for FREE
