How about being able to launch the mail application and instantly send an email with no hassles. Just Mail, an application in Cydia allows you to do so.
Launching Just Mail gives two options, either send mail or exit. Hit the mail icon and instantly a message window opens up. Type your email, send and done! How much simpler can it get.
