Pod2G, who is a well known iOS hacker, and several other hackers including Planetbeing have come together to develop Absinthe 2.0. The Mac OS X and Windows Absinthe 2.0 iOS 5.1.1 firmware Untethered Jailbreaking tool will allow you to Jailbreak all A5 and A4 iOS devices excluding the new 1080p Apple TV (Apple TV 3G). Even iBooks will work once Jailbroken with Absinthe 2.0 thanks to a iBooks DRM patch developed by @Planetbeing.

Unlike the previous version of Absinthe which only supported A5 iOS devices running the iOS 5.0.1 firmware. This new version of Absinthe supports nearly all iOS devices running the iOS 5.1.1 firmware. You can take a look at the Mac OS X Absinthe 2.0 supported devices list below:
