Activator Gets Updated To v1.5.1 – New Features and Bug Fixes
iPhone developer Ryan Petrich has recently updated Activator, a popular Cydia tweak for jailbroken iDevices that allows you to assign gestures to launch specific apps and plugins installed from Cydia. The new update brings us to version 1.5.1 and comes with the following changes:
Version 1.5.1: February 1, 2011
- Restore missing Voice Control feature
- Use dosado transition when swapping apps
- Fix BTServer crashing when erroneously loaded in it
Version 1.5.0: January 30, 2011
- Add Menus feature
- Allow launching apps at lockscreen
- Volume down now ends ringtone
- Add support for 4.2
- Add power events
- Support dynamic events
- Disallow activating in Cydia
- Fix swipe events on certain devices
- Use less memory
- Use less CPU
- Be more strict with API clients
- Updated localizations
