Empty Folder Icons
Empty Folder Icons tweak will get rid of the app icons inside of the actual folders icon, however, once you click on the actual folder, the icons will re-appear.
Note: Requires iOS 4.2 or higher.

Photos Image Upload
This tweak enables you to upload photos right from your iPhone’s Photos.app. The sharing menu adds an ‘Upload’ button to send the photo to Imageshack, and the URL is copied to your system pasteboard.
Note: This tweak does not include an icon or any settings visible on the SpringBoard; no options to configure. Requires iOS 4.2 or higher.
