TinyUmbrella v4.30.05 Now Available To Download – Supports iOS 4.3.1

Just a quick heads up: Notcom has updated TinyUmbrella to v4.30.05. This version now supports iOS 4.3.1 SHSH blobs for the relevant devices. Currently only the iPhone 4 (Verizon) does not have iOS 4.3.1 support as there is no iOS 4.3.1 available.

In case you don’t know what saving your SHSH Blobs actually does, it basically allows you to downgrade your firmware to a lower version. This is important if you accidentally update to a iOS/firmware version that cannot be jailbroken, as Apple prevents this otherwise.

Do you know if we can still get our 4.3 blobs??? My iPad 1 is on 4.2.1 and I’d like to update to 4.3 but not sure…..anyone????

My iPad 1 has everything since 3.2 and as well as 4.3, 4.3b1, 4.3 beta2, 4.3beta 3, and just now it added the SHSH blobs for 4.3.1. The same goes for my iPhone 4, i.e. all three 4.3 beta version, 4.3 (8F190) and now 4.3.1 (8G4).

I just did my iPad 2 for the first time and I only gave the SHSH saved for 4.3.1, but not for 4.3, which makes sense, because I didn’t bother saving the 4.3 SHSH, but what does *not* make sense to me is the fact that I have all the 4.3 betas for both my iPhone 4 and my iPad 1. I’m just flummoxed as to why. Anybody?
