iOS apps, Google Drive, Facebook Messenger and Twitter have received new updates that adds some new and useful features to these apps.
Google recently updated the Drive app with plenty of new features such as multiple accounts, wireless printing, ability to open links in chrome and more. Now, the latest update, adds some more useful features to the app. Version 2.2.0 of Google Drive for iOS now lets you sort your files according to title, last modified or last opened.
Apart from that, the new update also adds the Find and replace feature in Documents. Then there’s the usual set of performance and usability improvements. Google Drive is available in the App Store for free.

Facebook Messenger for iOS has also received a minor update. Version 3.1 of the app lets you tap on a person’s profile picture in a conversation to view their timeline or make a free call.
The app previously received a complete UI overhaul for iOS 7 and pretty much everyone liked the new look. In version 3.1, this is the only new feature, but also includes bug fixes and improved Japanese translations. It’s also available for free in the App Store.

Twitter too, updated the iOS app with a new user interface and couple of other features. The new interface allows you to swipe to move between Home, Activity and Discover. Tweet, check your timeline, DM’s and your profile all from the main page. You can also share photos in Direct messages.
Version 6.0 also lets you choose whom you want to receive notifications from. For example, you can choose to view tweets, replies, favourites etc. from only the people you follow. The Search has also been improved and you can now save web articles to read later using Safari Reading List. That’s about it. You can download the latest update from the App Store for free.
