In a world when 10 year old children are trusted with next-generation technology, the Galaxy S IV is handed over to the secret messenger of Samsung UNPACKED 2013. His job? Protect its identity until March 14th, when the Galaxy S IV will be unveiled to the world.

If this all seems kind of cheesy, it is because it is the premise behind the new Samsung web series leading up to Samsung UNPACKED 2013 where the Korean company will be unveiling their next-generation top-of-the-line handset. Despite a cheesy teaser trailer, I like Samsung’s unique advertising style. Recently they have been on a roll with making some really good commercials. And I am saying this from the perspective of an Apple enthusiast.

Galaxy-S-IV

The Galaxy S IV has been rumored to feature a 4.99-inch HD display, with 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera and will be running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. As for storage it is expected their will be up to 64GB of internal memory offered.

I personally am extremely excited to see what Samsung has to offering the Samsung Galaxy S IV. I think this will be one of the first handsets that will actually give the iPhone a run for its money. Topped with the killer specs, the stable Android 4.2 operating system and likely some other goodies it will definitely deserve the crown of Samsung’s top-of-the-line smartphone.
