Last week, Samsung’s Israel stated that the Galaxy S II will finally get the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update on March 15th. It looks like they couldn’t wait any longer and have already begun rolling out the update to Galaxy S II owners in certain European countries.
Samsung has officially started rolling out Android 4.0 ICS update for Galaxy S II smartphone in Poland, Sweden, Hungary and Korea. That’s just the beginning as other countries will soon receive the upgrade. This upgrade is very essential for the consumers, as it brings a whole new UI, better performance and gets rid of a lot of bugs. The company also stated that other devices like the Galaxy Note, S II LTE, Galaxy R, Tab 7.0 Plus, 7.7, 8.9 and the Tab 10.1 will get the updates soon as well.
